Join Montefiore Mount Vernon as a RESPIRATORY THERAPIST in United States. City/State: Mount Vernon, New York Grant Funded: No Department: MMV Operations Bargaining Unit: 1199 Work Shift: Day Work Days: DAYS VARY Scheduled Hours: 7 AM-8 PM Scheduled Daily Hours: 12.5 HOURS Hourly Rate: $55.

Key Responsibilities

Include: Review medical records, assess patient needs, assure the placement of endotracheal tube, and performs bedside PFT and weaning parameters.

· Conducts prescribed therapeutic procedures to achieve a patent airway.

· Assists in changing tubes, removal of bronchopulmonary secretions and administers pharmacological agents.

· Performs EKGs according to hospital policy and procedures.
