About the Role

Join Health by Design as a full-time Family or Internal Medicine Physician in San Antonio, Texas. This float physician role offers variety across multiple clinics and a mission-driven, faith-based culture focused on whole-person wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Provide value-based, relationship-focused care with manageable patient loads.
Collaborate with supportive RN clinical teams.
Engage in whole-person care including access to PT, Nutrition, Mental Health, and Ultrasound.

Requirements

Graduate of accredited US medical school; MD or DO.
Board Certified/Eligible.
Current Texas medical license and DEA certificate.
BLS certification.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
