Join Healthforce as a Travel Physical Therapist – 4x10-Hour Days in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treat patients with movement dysfunction or pain to improve ability to perform daily tasks and independence
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, discharges, daily notes, insurance approvals/denials, and related phone conversations
  • Communicate with other providers, insurance companies, patients, rehab staff, and supervisor to coordinate care
  • Contribute to discharge planning and work to improve mobility; help decrease fall risk and other adverse events

Requirements

  • Professional degree in physical therapy required; Doctorate preferred
  • Wisconsin physical therapy license and continuing education to maintain licensure
  • 1+ years of related work experience required
  • BLS certification preferred

Work Schedule

  • Contract position.
  • Call responsibilities required.
