Join Healthforce as a Travel Physical Therapist – 4x10-Hour Days in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Treat patients with movement dysfunction or pain to improve ability to perform daily tasks and independence
- Document evaluations, progress notes, discharges, daily notes, insurance approvals/denials, and related phone conversations
- Communicate with other providers, insurance companies, patients, rehab staff, and supervisor to coordinate care
- Contribute to discharge planning and work to improve mobility; help decrease fall risk and other adverse events
Requirements
- Professional degree in physical therapy required; Doctorate preferred
- Wisconsin physical therapy license and continuing education to maintain licensure
- 1+ years of related work experience required
- BLS certification preferred

Work Schedule
- Contract position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Day shift only - no nights.
