About the Role

Join Healthforce as a Travel Physical Therapist – 4x10-Hour Days in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Treat patients with movement dysfunction or pain to improve ability to perform daily tasks and independence

Document evaluations, progress notes, discharges, daily notes, insurance approvals/denials, and related phone conversations

Communicate with other providers, insurance companies, patients, rehab staff, and supervisor to coordinate care

Contribute to discharge planning and work to improve mobility; help decrease fall risk and other adverse events

Requirements

Professional degree in physical therapy required; Doctorate preferred

Wisconsin physical therapy license and continuing education to maintain licensure

1+ years of related work experience required

BLS certification preferred

Contract position.

Call responsibilities required.
