Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible
This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities
- site primary care services within approved clinical privileges and scope of practice.
- traumatic stress disorder, and substance use, with referral as needed.
- Serve as the team leader in the Patient Aligned Care Team model and coordinate care with specialists, mental health providers, social workers, pharmacists, and community care providers.
- Educate veterans on nutrition, exercise, smoking cessation, and alcohol use, and use clinical reminders and health maintenance tools in the electronic health record to track preventive care.
Requirements
- Attend staff meetings as required by the facility Chief of Service, Chief of Staff, or designee, including Primary Care all
- staff meetings and provider discussions, and report conflicts to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
- Complete appropriate Quality Management and Performance Improvement documentation related to procedures, complications, and outcomes of examinations.
- Be present and on time for scheduled shifts, sign in and out when in attendance, and support continuity of care requirements.
