About the Role

Join International SOS Government Medical Services as a Primary Care Physician – VA Contract, Telehealth in United States. Key Responsibilities

• site primary care services within approved clinical privileges and scope of practice.

• traumatic stress disorder, and substance use, with referral as needed.

• Serve as the team leader in the Patient Aligned Care Team model and coordinate care with specialists, mental health providers, social workers, pharmacists, and community care providers.

• Educate veterans on nutrition, exercise, smoking cessation, and alcohol use, and use clinical reminders and health maintenance tools in the electronic health record to track preventive care.

Requirements

• Attend staff meetings as required by the facility Chief of Service, Chief of Staff, or designee, including Primary Care all

• staff meetings and provider discussions, and report conflicts to the Contracting Officer's Representative.

• Complete appropriate Quality Management and Performance Improvement documentation related to procedures, complications, and outcomes of examinations.

• Be present and on time for scheduled shifts, sign in and out when in attendance, and support continuity of care requirements.
