Key Responsibilities

• Supervises staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.

• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching and mentoring to staff.

• Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.

• Attend required meetings and participates in committees as requested.
