Key Responsibilities
- Establish rapport, assess and diagnose mental health disorders for all assigned clients within scope of credential.
- Develop and implement a whole person, collaborative treatment plan with client and other treatment team members (when relevant).
- Provide individual, group, family therapy, and/or education therapy services as indicated by a client’s treatment needs.
- Respond to clinical crises through assessment, intervention, safety planning and case consultation.
Requirements
- V and proficient knowledge of therapeutic interventions Proficiency in using Evidenced Based Practices (EBPs) such as CBT (especially CBT
