Inpatient Geri Psychiatrist + Optional Lead Responsibilities

About the Role

Join Allina Health as an Inpatient Geriatric Psychiatrist on a 15-bed inpatient unit focused on older adults. Work full-time Monday to Friday with daytime hours and minimal call.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient psychiatric care to geriatric patients.
• Develop behaviorally-focused, outcomes-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including nurses, psychologists, and social workers.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board eligible or certified in Psychiatry.
• Completion of geriatric psychiatry fellowship preferred.
• Active Minnesota medical license or ability to obtain.
• BLS/ACLS certification within 180 days of hire.

• Salary range $328,400 to $339,000 per year.
