Join Hartford HealthCare as a Neurosurgery APP – Per Diem, Inpatient Coverage in United States. Outstanding opportunity to join a national leader in Neurosurgery. The Ayer Neuroscience Institute at Hartford HealthCare has a new opportunity available for a Per Diem Neurosurgery Physician Assistant/APRN to join our Advanced Practice team at Hartford Hospital located in Hartford, CT.

Key Responsibilities

  • will assist in providing coverage on the inpatient side of neurosurgery including weekdays (day & night shifts), weekends (day & night shifts), and/or holidays to contribute to maintaining 24/7 service coverage.
  • will assist in providing 24/7 coverage on the inpatient side of neurosurgery including weekdays (day & night shifts), weekends (day & night shifts), and/or holidays on a per diem basis based on neurosurgery service line needs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a surgical subspeciality is strongly preferred.
  • BE/BC NCCPA certified and CT licensed Physician Assistant or APRN with First Assist.

Work Schedule

  • Per Diem position.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
  • Night or evening shifts may be required.
