About the Role

Join Pinnacle Rehab Staffing as a Residential RN (Registered Nurse) - Full Time in United States. Overview We are hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Residential RN supporting two homes located in Abington and Norwell—just 10 miles apart. The RN typically spends two days per week at each residence and alternates the fifth day between the two homes (usually Wednesdays).

Key Responsibilities

  • coordinate healthcare services for individuals in residential programs.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to LPNs and direct care staff.
  • Conduct medication audits, proctor MAP (medication administration program) courses, and maintain compliance.
  • Develop and update healthcare protocols and ensure staff are trained accordingly.

Requirements

  • Active RN license in Massachusetts Minimum 3 years of nursing experience U.

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Are you willing and able to work Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $89,440
  • Signing bonus: $1.
