About the Role

Join UPMC as a Behavioral Health Therapist – Sign-On Bonus in United States. UPMC’s Bellefield Outpatient Clinic is looking for multiple Behavioral Health Therapists to join the team! Bellefield OP is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services both in-person and virtually to adults facing a variety of challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
  • Completes same-day clinical documentation and provides necessary information for service authorization.
  • Reviews cases and patient condition changes with the supervisor and clinical team.
  • Assesses and updates patient needs and treatment plans.

Requirements

  • as defined in practicing state's code) ATTENTION: A COPY OF YOUR GRADUATE-LEVEL TRANSCRIPTS MUST BE ATTACHED FOR CONSIDERATION.
  • One year of clinical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of current version of the DSM preferred.
  • Experience in diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions preferred.
