Key Responsibilities

This role acts as the initial contact for patients at an outpatient medical facility, responsible for greeting, checking in patients, verifying information, scheduling appointments, and updating the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Duties also include facilitating intake procedures such as form completion and collecting payments while ensuring patient privacy and safety.

Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience is required, along with at least one year of recent relevant experience, though equivalent experience may substitute for the degree. Candidates must possess basic knowledge of insurance policies and patient billing, strong communication skills, and proficiency with computer applications like Microsoft Office Suite.
