This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

About the Role

The Fargo VA Health Care System seeks a full-time Marriage and Family Therapist (Advanced) embedded within the Mental Health Integrated Care Community. You will provide direct outpatient care to Veterans including individual, couples, family, and group therapy using family systems theory.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions for Veterans.
Provide consultation to professional staff and community providers.
Develop and document treatment plans for outpatient Veterans.
Function independently with full clinical privileges.

Requirements

Advanced knowledge of psychological diagnosis and intervention.
Ability to provide clinical supervision for licensing if credentialed.
Licensure as Marriage and Family Therapist (advanced level).

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $89,508 to $116,362 per year.
Telework eligible as per agency policy.
