About the Role
Join AUNT MARTHAS HEALTH AND WELLNESS INC as a Family Nurse Practitioner- Woodstock, IL in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide routine primary care, treatment, family planning, and prenatal services as requested.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient needs.
- Prescribe medications as guided by policies and procedures.
- Refer patients to Physicians or specialized resources as appropriate.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Current APRN licensure in Illinois with FNP certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; ability to travel to all Aunt Martha’s locations.
