Key Responsibilities
- and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager.
- Responsibilities: Demonstrates accuracy in dispensing of all medications.
- Compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals, including intravenous admixtures, chemotherapy, and parenteral nutrition products accurately.
- Issues controlled substances to patient care areas and maintains records as required by law.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS in Pharmacy, an MS in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy.
- NYS Pharmacy license required.
- Oncology pharmacy board certification preferred (BCOP).
- Basic and advanced computer skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
