Requirements

Candidates must possess a Doctorate Degree in Medicine or Osteopathy and have completed residency training eligible for board certification in Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice. Required credentials include an active, unrestricted New York medical license, current DEA, and current CPR/BLS certification, along with experience in electronic medical records.
