Key Responsibilities
- Directs administration of physician and APP compensation models.
- Manages the technical and professional service resources used by the Department.
- Directs Quality Assurance, Fair Market Value and commercial reasonableness testing of physician and APP compensation models.
- Manages the Physician and APP contracting processes including ongoing collaboration with recruitment team, HP, legal and compliance.
