Key Responsibilities

will have the opportunity to make a significant difference to clinical outcomes and patient safety, providing medicines optimisation to a complex cohort of patients.

will help ensure that suitable systems and processes are followed to assure patient safety, optimise clinical outcomes and meet operational goals, ensuring governance and quality controls are in place.

will act as a role model and become an expert in renal medicine as well as developing specialist knowledge in all aspects of drug management of renal patients.
