Key Responsibilities

  • will have the opportunity to make a significant difference to clinical outcomes and patient safety, providing medicines optimisation to a complex cohort of patients.
  • will help ensure that suitable systems and processes are followed to assure patient safety, optimise clinical outcomes and meet operational goals, ensuring governance and quality controls are in place.
  • will act as a role model and become an expert in renal medicine as well as developing specialist knowledge in all aspects of drug management of renal patients.
