- /ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Receives the intake referral information and prepares PT paperwork/tools necessary for the visit.
- Obtains all pertinent medical history from patient, family or significant others.
- Performs PT assessment visit and documents accordingly.
- Performs home safety check and environmental assessment of the patient's home environment.
Requirements
- Was graduated since 1928 from a PT curriculum approved in the country in which the curriculum was located and in which there is a member organization of the World Conference for Physical Therapy.
