Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates performance and leadership that is broad enough to improve the care for a group of residents
• Provides peers with formal or informal constructive feedback for improvement
• Supports colleagues and other nurses through knowledge sharing to provide safe, quality nursing care
• Evaluates outcomes of evidence-based decisions and practice changes for individuals, groups, and populations
• The CLC RN collaborates with the Minimum Data Set (MDS) coordinator to ensure accuracy of the Resource Utilization Group (RUG) score.
• 2. Directly responsible to designated manager in the assigned area.
