Key Responsibilities

and Responsibilities Introduce and explain the Level of Care Assessment (LOCA) process to clients.

Collect demographic and psychosocial history relevant to the assessment process.

Explain and obtain signatures for Releases of Information (ROI) and other admission documentation.

Coordinate with a Licensed Counselor for completion of the clinical portion of the assessment.
