No weekends. M-F 8-5. $113-$130/hr. Sign-on bonus $10k. Minimal admin. Actually have a life. Done.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical opinion regarding job accommodations if needed to safely perform specified job functions.
- Perform Fit for Duty evaluations
- Evaluate and manage the following conditions:
- Treatment of non-displaced uncomplicated fractures, including interpreting radiographs, splinting, and orthopedic referral when appropriate.
- Evaluation and management to include:
- Leadership/People Development:
Requirements
- CO DOWC Level I & II accreditation preferred, required within 6 months of hire (certification expenses covered by MBI)
- FMCSA certification for DOT exams, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- Current DEA licensure
- FMCSA certification for DOT exams, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
Benefits & Compensation

- Compensation: Hourly rates range from $113.00 to $130.00, dependent on experience
- Provides healthcare to patients both in clinic and via tele-medicine according to the established principles of clinical practice and the current organizational plan or need.
- Perform complete history and physical exams including all body systems, vision, hearing, and/or electrocardiograms for the purpose of determining capacity to safely perform specified job functions.
- Participate in the legal process of workers compensation, including SAMM s calls, depositions, and testifying in hearings when requested.
- Occupational asthma and other work-related respiratory symptoms.
Work Schedule
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Sustainable schedule allowing time to perform detailed patient assessments, communicate with the employer, and communicate with your treatment team.
