Key Responsibilities

  • Institute and Service Line Co-Leadership:
  • Lead system-wide prioritization of Sports Medicine investments through existing governance with connection to established funding sources
  • Engage Sports Medicine clinical leadership across UMH sites to execute on service line priorities and performance metrics
  • Develop a unified regenerative practice at UMH with standardization of services, protocols, and procedures offered
  • Develop a regenerative medicine biorepository and prospective clinical outcome registry for regenerative therapies delivered at UMH
  • Membership and/or leadership in the AMSSM and non-operative sports medicine societies

Requirements

  • Develop a standardized FPPE for credentialing and practicing regenerative medicine at UMH
  • Required Qualifications*
  • Board certification in respective specialty
  • Leadership experience in community outreach, clinical programs, and/or service line development
