Key Responsibilities
- Institute and Service Line Co-Leadership:
- Lead system-wide prioritization of Sports Medicine investments through existing governance with connection to established funding sources
- Engage Sports Medicine clinical leadership across UMH sites to execute on service line priorities and performance metrics
- Develop a unified regenerative practice at UMH with standardization of services, protocols, and procedures offered
- Develop a regenerative medicine biorepository and prospective clinical outcome registry for regenerative therapies delivered at UMH
- Membership and/or leadership in the AMSSM and non-operative sports medicine societies
Requirements
- Develop a standardized FPPE for credentialing and practicing regenerative medicine at UMH
- Required Qualifications*
- Board certification in respective specialty
- Leadership experience in community outreach, clinical programs, and/or service line development
