- Provide counseling, support, and crisis intervention to individuals and families navigating end-of-life issu.
- Conduct volunteer training, maintain personnel files, and monitor visit documentation and compliance
- Serve.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE
- accredited institution
- Licensure as required by the state in which the hospice is located
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare and/or hospice setting (three to five years preferred)
