Job Description

About the Role

Join True Behavioral Health LP as a Behavioral Health Tech. Supervisor 4x10 in United States. This position is responsible for the day-to-day shift operations of the facility. Works collaboratively with the Director of Clinical Operations coordinating treatment services that include program development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Director of Clinical Operations with general program management

Overseeing operations staff scheduling to ensure consistent program and participant coverage

Ensure that program services are delivered according to company guidelines

Hold and maintain the safety and well

Requirements

Have a combination of education, experience, and skills to perform the duties outlined above

A minimum of one years’ experience of progressive responsibility working in outpatient drug and alcohol programs

Complete and be able to perform all duties indicated in the Behavioral Health Technician job responsibilities

Adhere to the Company code of ethics

Hourly rate: $31/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
