About the Role

Pacific Companies seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatology Physician for a 100% outpatient role in Montana. This position offers flexible scheduling options with no call and a complex, rewarding patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rheumatology care with onsite infusion, pharmacy, radiology, lab, and DEXA scanning.
• Collaborate with internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, and regional primary care providers.
• Optional teaching with internal medicine residents and medical students.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatology Physician.
• Eligible for J-1 waiver and H1B sponsorship.

Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary $350,000 (negotiable).
• 8 weeks paid time off (PTO + CME).
• $5,000 sign-on bonus.
• $6,000 CME allowance.

• Flexible 3, 4, or 5-day workweek options.
