Per diem inpatient Physical Therapist Minimum 2 weekend days per month commitment Are you a skilled Physical Therapist with a passion for inpatient care and complex medical cases?
Key Responsibilities
- ▪ Formulates a detailed assessment based upon findings of the examination.
- ▪ Develops treatment plan and patient outcomes, incorporating the input of the patient, their family and other health professionals.
- Ensures that the plan and outcomes are functional, time-based, and measurable, and incorporates diagnosis, prognosis, physical/mental status and anticipated lifestyles.
Requirements
- Mentorship Program – Receive personalized guidance from experienced clinicians.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration – Partner daily with physicians, nurses, case managers, and specialists across orthopedics, internal medicine, neurology, cardiology, and transplant services.
