About the Role
Join PruittHealth as a Dietitian – Long-Term Care in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Interviews patient/family to obtain pertinent nutrition information needed for the development of an individualized dietary plan of care for residents.
- Completes and updates dietary assessments as part of the comprehensive resident assessment process.
- Reviews regular and therapeutic diet orders to ensure they are served as prescribed and in accordance to the menu.
Requirements
- to perform all essential functions of the job.
- Gathers and presents supplemental documentation to avoid potential deficiencies.
- Collaborates with Corporate Dietitian for timely responses to requests for information and suggestions to improve quality of Dietary Services.
- MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field.
