About the Role

Join PruittHealth as a Dietitian – Long-Term Care in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interviews patient/family to obtain pertinent nutrition information needed for the development of an individualized dietary plan of care for residents.
  • Completes and updates dietary assessments as part of the comprehensive resident assessment process.
  • Reviews regular and therapeutic diet orders to ensure they are served as prescribed and in accordance to the menu.

  • Gathers and presents supplemental documentation to avoid potential deficiencies.
  • Collaborates with Corporate Dietitian for timely responses to requests for information and suggestions to improve quality of Dietary Services.
  • MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field.
