About the Role
Join Applewood Centers as a Youth and Family Therapist- MST (Cuyahoga County) in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- INCLUDE: Provide MST services to a small caseload of youth and families in community settings, including clients’ homes, schools and neighborhoods.
- Engage primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement.
- Actively provide family therapy, parent training, cognitive behavioral therapy, skills building, school and other community system interventions, and clarification work to each client/family served.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Level or higher professional with the major field of study being social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or other human services field.
- New graduates welcome.
