About the Role

Join Washington University in St. Louis as a Senior Research Administrator in Pediatrics. This full-time hybrid role manages pre- and post-award research administration, including personnel, payroll, budgeting, and operations for large divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee research administration for assigned divisions.
  • Manage financial reports and grant accounts.
  • Supervise staff in grant submissions and post-award activities.
  • Coordinate salary planning and purchasing functions.
  • Ensure compliance with research policies.
  • Participate in departmental and university committees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years accounting experience.
  • 3 years grants administration experience.
