Key Responsibilities

and Essential Functions: Leadership and Collaboration 1.

Assures delivery of safe patient care by analyzing patients needs and skill competency level of personnel when making patient assignments b.

Facilitates interdisciplinary communication and planning to ensure timely care delivery including discharge c.
