Join Symbria as a Physical Therapist – PRN, Flexible Schedule in United States. Overview Symbria is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM at DeKalb County Nursing Home in DeKalb, IL! As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical function.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants.

As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.

More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
