About the Role
Join Community Options New York as a Community Integration Counselor – M-F Schedule in United States. Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support for community integration efforts Document individual progress toward acquiring comm.
- Coordinate all leisure and volunteer opportunities Monitor the health and medical needs of individuals and imme.
Requirements
