  • Clinical Responsibilities: Administers occupational therapy treatments according to the supervising Occupational Therapist’s plan of care.
  • Communicates regularly with the Supervising Therapist, DON, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members regarding patient progress, issues, and care plans.
  • Provides monthly communication to patients’ families or guardians regarding progress, home program updates, and therapy/equipment needs.
  • Maintains accurate and timely documentation including daily treatment notes, portions of monthly progress reports, and discharge summaries.
