About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities: Administers occupational therapy treatments according to the supervising Occupational Therapist’s plan of care.

Communicates regularly with the Supervising Therapist, DON, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members regarding patient progress, issues, and care plans.

Provides monthly communication to patients’ families or guardians regarding progress, home program updates, and therapy/equipment needs.

Maintains accurate and timely documentation including daily treatment notes, portions of monthly progress reports, and discharge summaries.
