About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Speech Language Pathologist providing per diem home health visits in Charlottesville, VA. You will serve adult and geriatric patients in senior living communities, delivering rehabilitative care to help clients remain at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document care accurately using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current Virginia license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and experience.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
