This full-time Physician Assistant role supports the 174TH Air National Guard Wing in Syracuse, NY. You will manage medical case planning and execution for Air National Guard personnel, focusing on aerospace and operational health.

## Salary ranges from $88,621 to $115,213 annually. Occasional travel is expected. This is a permanent federal appointment with no relocation assistance.
