About the Role

Join Benedictine as a Speech Language Pathologist (On-Call) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents’ needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans.

Plans for residents’ discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents’ needs.

Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.

Requirements

Qualifications Required Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, in good standing.
