Key Responsibilities

Provide direct therapeutic and casework services to youth.

Offer clinical insight, direction, and support using the Forward Focus Treatment Model.

Supervise a team of case managers and direct care workers.

Engage with youth and their families to foster positive outcomes.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work.

Michigan licensure as a master’s level clinician (LLPC/LPC, LLMSW/LMSW, TLLP/LLP).

Two years of postgraduate experience in direct treatment services, including residential treatment, casework, group work, and behavior modification (preferred).

Experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (preferred).
