Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct therapeutic and casework services to youth.
  • Offer clinical insight, direction, and support using the Forward Focus Treatment Model.
  • Supervise a team of case managers and direct care workers.
  • Engage with youth and their families to foster positive outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Michigan licensure as a master’s level clinician (LLPC/LPC, LLMSW/LMSW, TLLP/LLP).
  • Two years of postgraduate experience in direct treatment services, including residential treatment, casework, group work, and behavior modification (preferred).
  • Experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (preferred).
