About the Role
Join BURNETT THERAPEUTIC SERVICES INC as a Speech-Language Pathologist – M-F Clinic, $75K-$95K in United States. Job Type: Full-time Job Location: Napa, CA – In-clinic Schedule: Monday–Friday. We require open availability from 8:00 AM – 8 PM as caseload will be built during those times.
Key Responsibilities
- provide speech and language therapy services to children with communication disorders, developmental delays,.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations using standardized and informal assessment tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs.
- Provide individual and group speech and language therapy sessions targeting communication, social interactio.
Requirements
- Provide caregiver training and coaching to support communication development within natural routines.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical staff, including ABA providers and mental health professionals, when applicable.
- Support development of functional communication skills to improve independence and participation in daily routines.
- Maintain positive and supportive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
