About the Role
Join Liquid Personnel as a Social Worker – Family Safeguarding – Hybrid in United States. Liquid Personnel is seeking a skilled and resilient Social Worker to join the Family Safeguarding team at Fawcett House. This role is focused on managing a diverse caseload of children and families, providing robust intervention from Child in Need (CIN) through to active Care Proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- agency coordination and clear action planning. Conferences: Attend Initial and Review Child Protection Conferences (ICPC/RCPC) and produce high
- quality conference reports. Risk Management: Continually assess and manage risk, ensuring interventions are timely and evidence
- based. Duty Rota: Contribute to the team duty rota, responding to immediate safeguarding needs and referrals.
