Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual urgent and primary care via telehealth.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and order labs/imaging.
• Document encounters accurately.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams.
• Participate in asynchronous care workflows.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP or Physician license in multiple U. S. states.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Minimum 15 hours/week availability including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in urgent care, primary care, family medicine, or telehealth.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range $156,000 - $291,200 per year.
• Flexible scheduling within clinical hours.

Work Schedule

• Minimum 15 hours per week.
• Weekdays 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
• Weekends 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
• Weekend coverage required.
