Key Responsibilities

• Identifies potential barriers and current difficulties in participating in treatment at intake and throughout the course of treatment.

• Appropriately utilizes screening and assessment tools approved by CPH including but not limited to CSSR

• 9, Modified mini, substance use and risk assessment.

• Interprets quantitative and qualitative data within the social, political, economic and cultural context to determine patient

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Has knowledge of addiction, withdrawal, recovery and treatment resources

• Evaluates and assesses across a bio/psycho/social continuum determining patient needs

• Indicates appreciation of population differences (cultural, ethnic, orientation, religious)

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $62K - $75K

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• No weekends required.

• Day shift only - no nights.
