Join Rochester Regional Health as a Social Worker – M-F Schedule in United States. SUMMARY You are the future of patient-focused medicine. With our new models of care, procedures, treatments and technologies, we empower advancement within you.

Key Responsibilities

Identifies potential barriers and current difficulties in participating in treatment at intake and throughout the course of treatment.

Appropriately utilizes screening and assessment tools approved by CPH including but not limited to CSSR

9, Modified mini, substance use and risk assessment.

Interprets quantitative and qualitative data within the social, political, economic and cultural context to determine patient

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Has knowledge of addiction, withdrawal, recovery and treatment resources

Evaluates and assesses across a bio/psycho/social continuum determining patient needs

Indicates appreciation of population differences (cultural, ethnic, orientation, religious)

Salary: $62K - $75K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

No weekends required.

Day shift only - no nights.
