Key Responsibilities

In collaboration with Family Advocates, provides case management services and support to the children and families of the ECED.

Plan and facilitate parent support groups across all ECED program options.

Collaborates with Disabilities Manager to organize case conference meetings with staff to discuss and develop strategies to support high-need children and families.

Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of professional development training for staff related to social services, child development, and parenting.

Requirements

Caring, upbeat personality.

At minimum a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), licensure (LMSW) preferred.

Ability to travel to various ECED sites to provide social work service.

Bilingual Spanish/English.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
