Key Responsibilities
- In collaboration with Family Advocates, provides case management services and support to the children and families of the ECED.
- Plan and facilitate parent support groups across all ECED program options.
- Collaborates with Disabilities Manager to organize case conference meetings with staff to discuss and develop strategies to support high-need children and families.
- Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of professional development training for staff related to social services, child development, and parenting.
Requirements
- Caring, upbeat personality.
- At minimum a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), licensure (LMSW) preferred.
- Ability to travel to various ECED sites to provide social work service.
- Bilingual Spanish/English.
