About the Role

Join Atrium Health Primary Care South End Family Medicine as a full-time NP or PA in Charlotte, NC. This outpatient role offers a 4.5-day workweek with a hybrid schedule combining in-office and remote virtual visits. You'll work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one half-day off weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide family medicine care in outpatient setting.
• Build and manage your own patient panel.
• Participate in minimal call (phone only, 1x every 2 months in a large group rotation).
