Join TRILLIUM HEALTH INC as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner – Full-Time Clinic in [object Object]. Job Title: Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Department: Clinic Position type: Full-time 37.5 hours FLSA: Exempt Job Summary: Are you passionate about delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment?

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a practice agreement with a collaborating physician in accordance with NYS guidelines.

Submit proof of practice agreement to the State Education Department within 90 days of hire.

Deliver patient care including histories, physical exams, urgent and routine visits, office procedures, and test result reviews.

Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on a variety of health topics, including nutrition, stress management, and disease prevention.

Requirements

certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

National certification by ANA or an equivalent body.

Experience in community

based healthcare settings is preferred.

Salary: $115K - $165.6K
