Join Lake Detox as a Addiction and Co-occurring IOP Counselor - Evening in United States. Lake Detox & Wellness Center - Lafayette, LA 70503 Lake Wellness Center operates four innovative facilities throughout South Louisiana. Members of Lake Detox and Wellness Center have years of experience in working with patients battling addiction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services via group and individual therapy.
- Provide crisis intervention and referrals for patients.
- Participate in clinical assessments and screenings to aide in the admissions process.
- Write and submit clinical master admission, discharge and updated treatment plans, and clinical updates for UR review.
