About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive assessment by collecting all information outlined in the program's Biopsychosocial Assessment Form.
- Provide and updates diagnostic impressions based on information collected from the assessment.
- Develop a treatment plan by establishing treatment goals with the client based on the assessment and diagnosis(es) and obtaining client/parent's signature on treatment plan.
- Implement treatment by providing psychotherapy in accordance with diagnosis and treatment plan, applying a variety of psychotherapeutic methods with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
Requirements
- Training Licensure. CSAC (Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor), SAC (Substance Abuse Counselor), or SAC
- IT (Substance Abuse Counselor In
- Training Must be eligible for Medical Assistance, Medicare (if applicable) and other third
