Join DMC Primary Care as a Home Visit Nurse Practitioner – Flexible Schedule, No Evenings in United States. Join a great team! DMC Primary Care, a physician-owned, independent practice, is seeking a part-time experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team of primary care providers as a Home Visit APP.

Key Responsibilities

home assessments for home limited/high risk patients. Diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.) Developing evidence
