About the Role
Join Virginia Commonwealth University as a Cardiologist – Advanced Heart Failure or Critical Care in United States. Accounting for almost half of VCU’s sponsored research, the School of Medicine is internationally recognized for patient care and education.
Key Responsibilities
- & Responsibilities: Teaching | To support teaching directly via interactions with medical students, residents, and fellows.
- In addition, will be expected to participate in University Continuing Medical Education programs for practicing physicians which is important to enhancing patient referrals.
- Research | To support clinical research protocols as needed.
- Service | Will be expected to participate in quality, safety, and efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Board certified/board eligible Cardiologist
- Ability to communicate and work effectively within a large multidisciplinary program
