Join UCHealth Primary Care in Lone Tree, Colorado as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in Family Medicine. This full-time position offers a mix of clinical and administrative duties within an outpatient ambulatory setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum ambulatory care including chronic disease management, acute and urgent care, and wellness for adult and pediatric patients.
• Complete thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other departments.
• Provide Epic in-basket management support remotely as directed.
• Participate in educational and research activities as a faculty member.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree or NCCPA-approved PA program graduate.
• Licensed as NP or PA in Colorado.
• Completion of required provisional prescription authority hours.
• Medicare/Medicaid credentials.
• National certification by ANCC or AANP if NP.
