Key Responsibilities

• Continuing education opportunities and support for professional development
• Opportunities for career growth within our substance use disorders treatment program
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and goals of individuals seeking substance use disorder treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and other professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy in the context of addiction treatment.

• $80,000 to $100,000 per year + Bonuses
